In my opinion this could be a manifestation not severe reflux gastritis. A short course of antacids can be tried. Upper Gastrointestinal endoscopy can be considered to see the condition of Oesophagus. Lung involvement is less likely. A pulmonary function test can be done to see the lung volumes.
