What Causes Sharp Pain In Knee While Walking?

Yes..having bad knee pain while I m walking or going down step. I ve pressed my hand around my knee to check where pain is coming from but I don t feel no pain with pressure. But it just started doing sharp quick pain in the same area when I walk but only this time...I m sitting down.

It could be a bucket handle tear of the meniscus in the knee
or a loose body that gets impinged.
THIS WILL NEED AN X-RAY AND MRI SCAN of the knee.
Consult an orthopedic surgeon
