What Causes Sharp Pain In Chest And Abdomen Along With Sweating And Breathing Difficulty?

Hello my Husband age 29 had a sudden sharp pain on his abdomen and chest was sweatind and couldnt breath the pain lasted around 10 mins it comes and goes but not as strong as the first one. Had blood test done and X rays . Dr said it might be Gastritis? Also the liver count was high? Has abdominal pain now cant sleep burping a lot. Thank you

Hi,

History seems to be gastritis! Take Pantop 20 mg for 5 days! Urea breath and stool h. pylori tests can be used, Rulox liq one hour before or 3 hrs after meal can taken. Get once ECG and CBC done.
