What Causes Sharp Pain In Abdomen Along With Lumps In Armpit?

I have sharp pain on my lower right side that has not stopped since last night but gotten worse I have taken toradol and tylenol I have had a total hysterectomy and a appendectomy. I have had waves of nausea no fever that I know of. I have also noticed lumps under my armpits for the last 3 weeks that are painful and they come and go don t know if that has anything to do with it. Should I be seen now or can it wait. What are your ideas on what it is?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it is being three condition given here, and these are not related with each other pain that you have may not be due to past history still to rule out this it may needs ultrasonography test, lump under the arm pit may be lymph node and this could be due to some infection too and this needs to be ruled out and for this better to get done some blood test, over all clinical examination is must, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
