hey there everytime i go to defecate i get really sharp and uncomforting pains when passing stools and every now and again like 2-3 weeks theres blood present either on the stool or jus in the water.. somesimtes the blood is dark red and i am 17 years old..

- Sitz bath
- Keeping stool consistency soft with high fiber diet and bulk laxative
- Analgesic coverage for pain
