What Causes Sharp Pain Between Shoulder Blades?
Hi. I woke up this morning with sharp pain I between my shoulder blades a little to the left of the center of my upper back. It only hurts when I breath in deeply. I m a 15 year old female and have had a bad back my whole life. I ve gone to the chiropractor on and off since I was 6. I ve never had this sort of back pain, only in my lower back but now it s my upper back. It feels like someone is stabbing me. Thanks Emma

Just do upper trunk rotation stretch along with pectoralis stretching.you had a coatovertebral joint irritation .if can find a physio its only matter of a single visit with ribcage mobilization.
