What Causes Sharp Pain Below The Ribs?

I had an expat for this and it came back normal. When I stand for a period of time, I get a sharp pain under the right low rib closer to my back. Taking Aleve helps and laying down, it goes away in like 5 minutes. It is a pin pinot pain that is driving me up the wall!! Help!
