What Causes Sharp Pain Behind Left Shoulder And Tingling Sensation In Fingers?
I m a 22 year old male I ve got a sharp pain in behind my left shoulder blade under my left arm and my chest with aching in my left arm with slight tingling in my fingers my doctor gave me antibiotics for a chest infection but I ve nearly finished them and had no improvement if anything it s worse and it s worse when I lay on my back or my left side

You seem to have symptoms of nerve compression.This may be at cervical spinal level/ shoulder .
You need to consult an orthopedic doctor . you will need Xray/ ct scan/ MRI to pin point the cause.The specific treatment would follow.
Treatment comprises of -
-anti inflammatory drug/ vitamin B12/ Calcium, vitamin D as per
need.
-Physiotherapy/ physical therapy,
- surgery in few cases.
