What Causes Sharp Pain And Indentation In The Tibia Bone?

I have sharp pain in the inside and back of my leg along the tibia about half way down. The pain started while running on tile floors at work and is tender to the touch. There is about a 1.5 inch slight indentation in the tibia that the pain seems to be centered around. Massage and stretching seems to slightly improve the pain. Any thoughts?

Thanks for asking.
pain is suggestive of injury either a soft tissue or a bone injury.
A primary X Ray is strongly suggested.
Till then you can have serratiopeptidase+diclofenac combination twice a day for three days, and avoid strenuous activity. We should rule out fracture of bone in your case.
Get an XRay and consult an orthopedician.
