What Causes Sharp Lower Abdominal Pain After Removal Of IUD?

Last week my iud slipped down into my cervix. After I experienced abdominal pain, and had a ultrasound done it was removed and another was put in. Here I am four days later and I m experiencing sharp pain on my lower left abdomen that is made worse with bearing down, bowel movements and a full bladder. Should it be removed again?

hi...these are side effects of IUD surely..
and this type of symptoms occur commonly.
till now dont worry...about that...
but you have much severe pain , bleeding or makes u unconfortable..plzzz ask for doctors help..
