Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of sharp ear pain along with rise in BP and pulse rate which is caused by many factors like stress, ear infection, ear fluid accumulation, temporomandibular joint problem, cervical spondylosis and increase blood pressure. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination. Doctor may order certain test like audiometry, low and high pitched ringing to rule out conditions like hearing loss , exposure to loud noises , earwax buildup , middle ear infection. Doctor may also refer you to cardiologist , because sometimes in heart condition like angina pain can radiate toward jaw and ear as well . Take steam inhalation. Avoid excessive hard substance eating. Keep your ear drops along with you. You should take antibiotics along with anti inflammatory medicines like ibuprofen and diclofenac.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.

Best Wishes,
