What Causes Sharp Abdominal Pain And Muscle Spasms In Right Clavicle?
My wife experienced sharp abdomen pain last night that would radiate. Believed it was just gas but also said that her right side clavicle was sore and also her back. Almost like a muscle spasm. Last night she could not lay flat on her back, only in the fetal position or sitting up. After having a bowel movement she says that her abdomen does not hurt as bad but is still sore on right side and has slight soreness in the upper clavicle region. Is this gas, constipation or something that we should get checked out?

From history it seems that there might be having some strain on upper back muscles giving this problem.
some time cardiac problem might give this type of radiating pain as well.
So to be on safe side go for EKG to rule out cardiac insufficiency.
Give her ibuprofen, omeprazole medicine for a day or two.
