Hello Dear. You are having gastritis or acid peptic disease.

Treatment for gastritis usually involves:

1. Taking antacids and other drugs (such as proton pump inhibitors or H-2 blockers) to reduce stomach acid
2. Avoiding hot and spicy foods
3. For gastritis caused by H. pylori infection, your doctor will prescribe a regimen of several antibiotics plus an acid blocking drug (used for heartburn)
4. If the gastritis is caused by pernicious anemia, B12 vitamin shots will be given.
5. Eliminating irritating foods from your diet such as lactose from dairy or gluten from wheat

Once the underlying problem disappears, the gastritis usually does, too.

You should talk to your doctor before stopping any medicine or starting any gastritis treatment on your own.

Some of the tips i would like to suggest you, which you need to follow on a regular basis are

1. Do not eat spicy food
2. Take medications without fail as prescribed by your doctor
3. Take little food at frequent intervals. Breakfast around 8am, small snack at 11am, lunch at 1pm, small snack at 4pm and dinner at 8pm
4. Drink plenty of water
5. Do not take much of stress. Stress aggravates gastritis
6. Do regular exercise. Atleast half an hour per day
7. Learn meditation techniques
8. Follow this regularly for 21 days. It is said that anything you practice regularly for 21 days becomes a habit

Hope i have answered your question. Feel free to contact me if you have any more questions. I ll be glad to help you.
All the best
With warm regards
