What Causes Sharp Abdominal Pain And Bloating When Diagnosed With An Ovarian Cyst?
Hi i have been diagnosed with complex haemorrhagic ovarian cyst about 6cm in my right ovary it causes me alot of bloating and pressure in lower abdomen if iam constipated i feel severe sharp pain alot of pressure and pulsation in my right iliac fossa what should I do my doctor suggest watchful waiting but iam really worried i don t wanna have any complications like ovarian torsion which might lead to oophorectomy
