Hi, i just recently had another heart attack due to Stent colelapsing, when on the operating table the Doctor said that my lower part of my heart is badly damaged. Sense this last heart attack i have noticed its difficult to take in full breaths.. Why is this? And if the lower part of my heart is badly damaged what does that mean also?

Hi welcome to HCM...

You have second time heart attack....

So in this condition heart can be damaged by necrosis that is irreversible ....
(In IHD)
Because of heart failure so heart can't pump forcefully and so there can be less oxygen to tissue and dyspnea can be there ....
It can also be from left side heart failure induce pulmonary edema...

So you might needs medication regarding that like diuretic and to prevent rethrombosis antiplatelet drugs might given ....
Take care ..

Consult cardiologist for examination and treatment ....
