What Causes Shaking Sensation In The Legs And Arms?

I find my body is shaking from my legs to my body core and my arms sometimes. Not one side in particular but all over. Also I find that my legs seems to be heavier and more difficult to walk up steps without holding onto something. Within the last year I have had vertigo and don t know if this may be related or it is something else. Thank you for any assistant or advice. My name is Beckie
