What Causes Shaking Hands, Pounding Heart And Headaches?

2 days in a row. Sudden feeling resembling hypoglycemia, however only a couple hours after eating. Very weak legs, shaking hands, diaphoretic, pounding heart, increased heart rate. Exhausted after event and sustained weakness despite eating. Subsides after several hours but feels really bad. I am 60. Years old, average weight. Tend to run hypotensive with Low HR. Frequent headaches.

Your symptoms are related to anxiety..Get an ECG, 2 d Echo and chest x ray ,blood picture to confirm the diagnosis.Drugs like Metoprolol will help.take plenty of fluids and consult your cardiologist for expert management.thankyou
