What Causes Severs Pain In Elbow?
I went to the ER for severe elbow pain and the X-Ray was fine and the doctor said it was a sprain but I am in a lot of pain And can not use my arm at all because of the pain, they did not give me anything for pain and I am worried because I do not think I could be in this much pain and nothing is wrong but a sprain.. Should I go back to the hospital or another one?

In my opinion this could be tennis elbow and this need to be treated with Tab Diclofenac 50 mg sustain release once in day better to keep the arm in sling for some time, physiotherapy would be helpful try this too, hope this helps
