What Causes Severe Vomiting After Smoking?

I was violently vomiting yesterday after having two cigarettes in a row. They were menthol and this is the third time it's happened. I experience nausea when I dont smoke also. I'm not pregnant and the medication I am taking is duromine (which has never had a nauseous affect on me) and the combination pill. Why did I suddenly become super sweaty and hot and vomit for almost an hour? The room was spinning and I was sick until I got home. I felt sick again this morning too.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

If you are vomiting after using these type of cigarettes then it may mean that you are allergic to the chemicals present in this cigarette.

It would be best to avoid this in the future.

The dizziness would be due to the prolonged course of vomiting and fluid loss.
You need to replace the fluid that you would have lost when you were vomiting.

There are medications that you can take to help you deal with the nausea. eg dramamine , pepto bismol

I hope this helps
