What Causes Severe Vaginal Bleeding After Laparoscopy?

I had a laporoscopy in October 2016 and they found a fare amount of endometriosis along with the left fallopian tube being ruptured. I since healed from surgery. Then just this past Saturday a great amount of pain started up where it was before (left fallopian tube), and I suddenly started to bleed 10 days before my next cycle. The pain and bloody vaginal discharge is still there. Could my left fallopian tube have ruptured again. There was no blood only pain on the first rupture.

Hi,
Thanks for the query. I understand the concern.
Rupture of any organ creates a condition of anacute abdomen (pain.. fever.. vomitting..weakness.) vaginal bleeding os not likely to occurein duch a case.
Earlier vaginal bleeding can be due to hormonal imbalance caused by surgery.. or endometriosis.
Please check it with your treating surgeon for any specific treatment needed.
Thanks.
