Hi, yesterday I had severe stomach pains, body aches, and a fever. It started off first with the stomach pain then progressed. The fever went away after a few hours, and the body aches went away by today but the stomach pains come and go. There was a bit of nausea, little vomitting and no diarrhea. My dad had some of the same symptoms but he has a cold and I seem fine. I tried looking online to see what it could be but didn't come across anything that sounded similar to what I have. If you have any suggestions that would be great. Thank you.
