What Causes Severe Stomach Pain After Intercourse?

Last weekend I realized that I was feeling a little burn while I was in the shower. The next day after intercourse with my husband, I experience crucial stomach pain for about 20 minutes it was so painful that tears came out of my eyes. I took some Motrin and it went way. Now, I have an infection with cottage cheese discharge, fatigue, itching and burning. I've been married for 4 years, I have a 2 year old and been faithful. Should I worry before my appointment in 2 days?
