What Causes Severe Stomach Bloating And Gastritis?

My 24 year old duggter has been having terrible gas pains and hloating since Sunday. They come mostly at the end of the day. The Pains also moce ro her back. She Is also due for her period so those symptons have started and she has not had it for 2 months, which is not that unusal. Of course we are looking at appendicitis, gastroidal problems etc.

Your daughter is mostly having hormonal imbalance.
She is having menstrual irregularities and at young age, hormonal imbalance is the most likely cause.
Hormonal imbalance can also cause severe gastritis and bloating.
So first consult gynecologist and get done clinical examination and hormone levels. She may need hormone pills to regulate hormones.
For stomach problems, take combination of pantoprazole and levosulperide on empty stomach.
Ask her to avoid hot and spicy food. Avoid junk food. Avoid large meals, instead take frequent small meals.
If she is having stressful life then ask her to avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
Don't worry, she will be alright with all these.
