What Causes Severe Spasmodic Lower Abdominal Pain During Menstruation?
Hello i am 26years old student.i suffered from severe spasmodic lower abdomibal pain during my mensturation especially on first and second day. During my period time i feel totally restless thats y i take meftal spas for painrelive. During period time i feel burning in my both soles. I cant eat food properly due to acidity and restlessness. My motion is also not clear during period. Plz suggest me any medicine or any valuable advice which makes my period painless and relaxed. Plz

Unfortunately many women experience such menstrual symptoms and I would not recommend the use of any medications to make any changes. Visit your doctor to help with symptomatic treatment, like for example for acidity and abdominal bloating use antacids; etc.
