What Causes Severe Sore Throat Pain And Headache?
i have an extremely sore throat, headache s and neck ache s. no fever, no runny nose and no congestion. i am taking an over the counter multi symptom relief any other suggestions or ideas. i am a 35yr old male. 5 11 weighing about 205. i also noticed my blood pressure is up to about 143/77

Hello,
You may be suffering from viral pharyngitis with rhinitis with a sinus headache.
Use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days.
Use tablet amoxiclav.
Use Rexidin mouth wash regularly. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

I can understand your concern. Throat pain, headache may be due to irritation by dust, fumes as you do not fever and runny nose, so it may not be due to infection.
Please do saline water gargles or betadine gargles. Use clean water. For a headache, you can take Tab. paracetamol.
