What Causes Severe Penile Pain While Urinating?

My husband is having pain in his penis. When he has to urinate, it starts hurting and coming out so he has to go immediately. He went to urgent care today and they could not find anything wrong after testing. He now says its bleeding when he goes to pee. It started hurting 3 days ago. He will try to get in tomorrow with the PCP. this is not normal, so something has to be wrong

Hi, I think he might be having some urine infections. Get his urine checked for routine and microscopy and a culture. Tell him to drink around each to 4 litres of water per day and take some urine alkaliser like syrup alkasol. Also get a ultrasound done to see the kidneys, ureter and bladder.
