What Causes Severe Pelvic Pain?

I ve been to my family doctor, my obgyn, and had an ER visit as well. They ve done pelvic exams, urine tests, sonogram, and they didn t find anything but I have the worst pelvic pain and all they ve done is gave me pain killers. I have never had this much pain, any ideas?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Pelvic pain in females is commonly due to pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), sexually transmitted disease (STD), bladder disorder, appendicitis, intestinal disorder, nerve disorders, psychogenic pain, etc.
A through examination of the genital tract needs to be done to rule out PID or STD.
As mentioned above there are many causes of pelvic pain.
They all need to be ruled out 0 bladder disorder, nerve disorder, appendicitis, etc.
If no cause is found it then probably the pain is psychogenic in origin.
In that case pain killers are the only way out.
