General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

This relates to generalized fatigue syndrome revealing all tests normal commonly due to overweight, deficiency of vitamins, trace elements, minerals, antioxidants, calcium, etc., low hemoglobin levels, diabetes, and others.

Black particles in stool might be blood or other material, require stool microscopy examination. Details of body weight, BMI value help here, if available.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel
