What Causes Severe Pain On The Lower Back?
I have a very deep pain right across the lower part of my back, it feels very deep and its going into my hips, i haven t lifted anything heavy and I am very careful how i move, the pain almost makes my stomach feel like its aching also. Is there anything I can do?

Here I want to mention one thing that please always write down your age, sex duration of symptoms etc. In female there are different reasons for pain while in male others. So please consult an ORTHOPAEDIC surgeon and get his opinion. If you are female first of all consult a GYNAECOLOGIST and there after deal accordingly.
