What Causes Severe Pain Near The Pisiform Bone With Crunching Sound?

I am having sometimes severe pain near my pisiform bone on my left wrist/hand, especially when lifting and pouring. I hear crunching, grinding sounds, squishy sounds, clicking too. I have degenerative arthritis, I am 53 years old. Wrist feels stiff and some of the fingers sometimes too.

I would suggest you to show it to orthopaedic surgeon as it can be TFCC injury or wrist synovitis. So diagnosis can be confirmed by MRI. if there is TFCC tear then it will need debridement.
