What Causes Severe Pain In Upper Back When Diagnosed With Spinal Stenosis?

I have spinal stenosis and 4 bulging disc and I am feeling a lot of pain in upper back, right now, a feeling I have never felt before. I recently had an epidural and four cervical injections on right side of neck because majority of the pain was in my neck, not in my back. should I go to er room?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and welcome to Healthcamagic.
The pain for itself is not reason to see ER but if there is associated dizziness, loss of sensation or motoric dysfunction then it may be serious symptom and mri scan of cervical spine should be done and neurological consultation.
I hope I have answered your query. I wish you a nice day.
