What Causes Severe Pain In The Vagina?

I have had vaginal pain (shooting pains, trouble urinating (with no burning or pain while urinating), lower stomach cramping. It severity varies. The doctors have ruled out bladder infection, but after 3 urinalysis tests each test has there has been blood in my urine. After a swab at one appointment the did find bacterial vaginosis, which they are treating. After 3 days of a third antibiotic things are not improving. Could this be kidney stones? bladder stones?
