Hello,

As you have mentioned that you are diagnosed with acute laryngitis by your ENT specialist, what you have to do at this point is to take good voice rest. Acute laryngitis can cause loss of voice for few days which resolves slowly as the inflammation subsides. Do not strain your vocal cords much. The medicine Wysolone given to you is a steroid which helps in faster resolution of your inflammation and a speedy recovery. No need to get tensed. You will regain your voice in a few days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Meera Rajeev
