What Causes Severe Pain In The Thighs And Lower Back?

I was diagnosed with stage 4 kidney disease in August. I also had a serious kidney bleed after my kidney biopsy around the same time. For the past 4 days I ve been getting a deep slow onset pain in my thighs, hips and lower back. It comes and goes hourly. I am using a heating pad and it only helps sometimes. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you

proper diagnosis is to be made it can nephritis renal calculi ultrasound kub to be take it may lead to renal failure. consult urologist for proper diagnosis and advise on treatment.
