What Causes Severe Pain In The Right Hip Radiating To The Groin?
Hello, The pain in right hip radiating to the groin and difficulty walking are all related to arthritis of hip you are suffering from. You can try corticosteroid injections at the joint and also hyaluronic acid Injections. Anti-inflammatory drugs such as Advil or Naproxen are good to be used for pain and inflammation. The hip replacement is reserved for cases when Conservative treatment doesn t work anymore. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care Regards, Dr Olgeta Xhufka , General & Family Physician
