Hello My name Is Blake. I m not sure why but after I ejaculate I get a sharp burning pain in my penis, more toward the tip. It feels a little better after urinating and last for about 30min to an hour. This happens whether I ejaculate from sex or masturbation. I don t have and STI or STD I ve been tested recently, also my long time girlfriend is pregnant and has been tested as well. I m not sure why this is happing but its been going on for the last 3 months. Can you help me figure out what s going on?

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
Your symptom resembles "Congestive Prostatitis", It occur to the male who is not Ejaculating regularly either through sex or through masturbation (Regular Means 3-4 times / Week).
Your partner is pergnant so you are not able to ejaculate regularly.
Regular ejaculation will solve your problem, initial few episodes will produce pain then it will subside.
If your pain persist meet the Doctor, and do Semen and Urine Culture and sensitivity test.
Hope you got the Answers.
