Hello and welcome to HCM,
Pain in lower spine can be due to trauma, inflammation of the joint spaces between vertebrae, pain due to strain or sprain of surrounding muscles, pain due to PID (pelvic inflammatory diseases) in case of females etc.
Kidney stones do not cause pain in lower spine region.
Pain due to kidney stones is in the loin region.
I suggest you to consult an orthopaedician for clinical assessment, relevant investigations- initially X-ray of the spine followed by MRI if soft tissue lesion suspected and then management.
Arthritis of the joints of the spine can cause pain in the lower spinal region.
Management can be planned after clinical assessment and investigations.

Thanks and take care
