What Causes Severe Pain In The Lower Legs?

I spend a lot of time on my feet every day 9-10 hours. Lately my lower legs ache so bad to the point it is hard to move. Feels like my Muscles are super tight....like I gave run a marathon. What is the best thing to do for relief and any concerns I should have? There is no swelling, but when I bend down to stretch them out it sounds like crinkling paper.

Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
The pain you describe is probably caused by stress/strain from your daily activities. You may not need any special medications to get over this. You just need rest.I will suggest you take a break if possible. In the meantime, if the pain too serious, you may try the following:
-A pain drug like ibuprofen
-A myorelaxant like miorel.
-Heat /ice pack therapy
If symptoms persist, you see the Doctor for evaluation.
Hope this will help
Best regards
