Hi doctor, my father inlaw has really bad lower abdomen pain after he eats, each time he eats. He has lost so much weight this past year, he used to be a big guy but now he is just skin and bone. He doesn t have much of an appetite and complains that his skin burns all the time and struggles when he goes to the toilet and sometimes his anus is paining. He doesn t have much energy either. He has gone for colonoscopy and ultrasounds but doctors say he is fine when he clearly is not fine. Please advise if this can be Crohn s disease or what? We are desperate.
