What Causes Severe Pain In The Leg?

2 days ago left leg started hurting. Felt like a tight muscle. The pain would go away while sitting but once walking again the pain returned. Its been 2 days and slight pain still there. Its only left leg hurts on the front of the leg and alightly in the calf muscle. The pain isn t horrible, no warmth or discoloration. I am on my feet 8-10 hrs a day. Recemt y got new shoes in the last month. I can t help but worry its something horrible. I see my doctor next week but will worry until i see her.

Please consult a doctor
get physically examined
Make sure you are wearing proper footwear
avoid standing long hours at a stretch take short breaks in between
keep feet elevated while sleeping to slow blood flow
physiotherapy might be helpful
dipping feet In warm water should also help and relax aching muscles
stretching exercises will help
Make sure the blood flow Is proper and investigated if need be
