What Causes Severe Pain In The Knee Joints While Suffering From Osteoarthritis?

I am suffering from osteoarthritis for about 2 years. I felt uneasiness in movement particularly in the knee joints. Very recently a unbearable pain has grown during walking in the bottom heel area. I have a uric acid level of around 6.5 and a meager high Thyroid level. Seeking your suggestion.

do cold compression on knee joint early morning as your first activity and then do your other activities ...do walking regularly.. reduce your weight if overweight, take calcium tablet daily, increase intake of calcium products, drink fresh wheat grass juice early morning empty stomach and don't have anything till one hour and this will really help u
