What Causes Severe Pain In The Head And Shoulder?

Sir iam suffering a lot becoz of my head and shoulder pain.consulted a doctor and said it is cervical spontilites.i had under gone physiotherapy for a long period.but now also too much pain..iam a teacher and using two wheeler also.now doing cervical traction. Can u suggest a better method or treatment for this

Having read your post, I was wondering, if you have experienced some sort of neurological deficit, and if you have had an MRI of your cervical spine. I would suggest consulting a neurophysician.
