General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I would like to see a photo of the hands and feet to see if they have discolouration too. I suspect Raynaud's phenomenon is happening to you. It causes an insufficient blood supply when exposed to cold.

I suggest you keep warm, use gloves in cold weather etc.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Olgeta Xhufka , General & Family Physician
