What Causes Severe Pain In The Feet?

I think I have plantar faciitus. Could it be anything else? My feet hurt first thing in the morning and generally through the day. At night I can hardly walk without my shoes, which have soft padded soles. I come home extremely tired and tend to lay down or sit down because of the pain in my feet. A doctor has already told me that I have venal insufficiency--could that be a cause?

Hi thanks for posting on hcm.
It is not plantar fascitis for sure as it won't have pain as soon you wake up from bed pain is felt on prolonged standing and more on the heel and is tender to touch.
I suppose it to be because of venous insufficiency as your doctor mentioned.
Hope this is helpful
Regards
