The cause for that has to be searched for. Neuropathic pain by nerve compression seems most likely here. For that your neurological examination also should be done. Sciatica can be the possibility. For that local part x ray also has to be done. Rule out vascular cause also by colour doppler. According to cause specific treatment given. Consult orthopedic surgeon for examination.
