Hi I was lifting my dog over a tall metal gate last weekend and when I was leaning over me wriggled and I got a sever pain in my breast bone area and couldn t breath properly for a minute or two. Now I m getting pains around the same area and they are becoming more painful. It ever hurts when i sniff now. Any ideas
Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you got your muscle pull while lifting your dog.Probably you are suffering from muscular pain.Treatment of it is rest and analgesics (diclofenac ). Muscle relaxant such as thiocolchicoside also give relief. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. Vitamin B-complex and Vitamin C supplementation can used to promote healing. However you can get chest x ray done to exclude rib fracture.You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.
