What Causes Severe Pain In The Body Joints?

my son is in severe pain. every joint hurts from his waist down and including his wrists. they hurt like that for like a week. the doctor gave him a steroid shot and he immediately got better that was march 16th then all of a sudden tonight hes right back where he started from. any ideas what it could be? doctor doesn t seem to know

Looks like a case of arthritis. For temporary pain management, I would recommend some over the counter pain killers like Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen.

For finding the exact cause, some tests may be required like-
-X ray of the joints to check for any bony abnormility
-RA factor in blood to rule out Rheumatoid arthritis
-Renal Function Test in case of Acute Glomerulonephritis (A condition involving kidneys)

A visit to an Orthopedic surgeon and a rheumatologist may be required for final diagnosis and management
