What Causes Severe Pain In The Body Joints?

my bloodwork showed i had lyme disease years ago..i never saw a tick. i took the meds for weeks. it still showed up in my bloodwork. now years later my joints are hurting..alot.. my neck, wrists, (back) torso, ankles, knees. could it be possible that it is back or never fully went away?

Thanks for your question. I do understand your pain and discomfort. I have seen many cases with similar complaints. Please find causes and advice below-:

Causes-

1)Gout
2)Poststreptococcal Reactive Arthritis
3)Rheumatoid Arthritis
4)Gonorrhea
5)Chikungunya
6)Lyme Disease
7)Relapsing Polychondritis
8)Cutaneous Vasculitis
9)Intestinal Bypass Arthritis
10)Brucellosis

These causes are common:

1)Do a full blood count with differential to ruled out infection
2)Check uric acid, RF & ESR
3)You can take Doxycycline
