Hi,

The pain you have seems to be either inflammation of some tendon around hip joint or nerve pressure on sciatic nerve, while it passes through pelvic bone, near hip joint. Tab. Ibuprofen 400 MG after food would give some relief. For long run management, you need to get investigated to find exact cause followed by specific treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
