What Causes Severe Pain In The Arms And Legs?
within the last 2 weeks, I have pain. For example. I would be driving and the pain on the top of my hand...couldn t even touch the steering wheel, it was so sensitive. I got my nails done and they were massaging my hands and I had pain on my wrist bone. And, periodically, I am getting like pains in my arms and legs that feel like a sharp pain deep in tissue...if that makes sense. YYYY@YYYY

the best you is no do little excersise of the neck,like retating clockwise and anti clockwise four times atleast. sleep with low head pillow.you have not mention your age.it may be your are having cervical spondolsis
